Notes & Restrictions
All guests are required to sign a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity agreement before participating in offroad activities.
Mandatory $25 collision coverage fee per driver.
All driver’s must have a full valid drivers license without restrictions (equivalent to a full Class 5 license in BC, G license in Ontario etc) and be age 19 or older.
All drivers under the age of 25 will be required to show their drivers license upon check in.
Please notify us in regards to any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Fill out your Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement. Any participants under the age of 19 must have a parent or guardian present to sign on their behalf.
Please bring your own face mask, otherwise we will provide you with one upon arrival. You must wear a mask inside all buildings, vehicles and under all helmets.
Familiarize yourself with our COVID-19 policies and procedures.
When & Where to Meet:
Check-in Time: 30 minutes before your tour departure time. E.g. If your tour departure time is 10:00am, please check in at 9:30am.
The Adventure Desk has two locations in Whistler Village, one in the Eagle Lodge and one in the Carleton Lodge. Please refer to your tour confirmation email for your designated check-in location.

'Odyssey' Afternoon Beginner Offroad Buggy Tour - 2 Riders

The search for freedom just got a lot more fun. Our professional guides will teach you in minutes how to drive your very own 4×4 side by side.
Climb rugged mountain roads and forested single track trails up to scenic mountain viewpoints on this epic journey. Power through creeks and over boulders, watching for bears, deer, grouse and other wildlife along the way. The Odyssey is both a journey and a destination!

'Wilderness Ride' Intermediate RZR Tour - 2 Riders

For true off-roaders. This tour will have pilots and co-pilots grinning from ear to ear as they explore the wilds of Whistler’s backcountry. Our skillful guides will lead you to the many jewels of our vast tenure. Just be sure to keep them in sight, as the breathtaking scenery offers up quite the distraction, no matter what seat you’re in.
- For intermediate-level riders
- Drivers 16+ with valid licence
- All weather activity
- 1.5 hours, 1.25 hours ride time
- Located at Cougar Mountain, 10-mins north of Whistler
- Automatic transmission
- 2 passengers side-by-side
You must be a minimum of 16 years old and possess a valid driver’s license before driving one of our RZR’s.
The RZRs are all equipped with automatic transmissions, they are fairly easy to operate and guides provide a tutorial to make sure everyone is confident.
You must wear one of our D.O.T. certified and regularly inspected helmets. Personal helmets are not permitted. Department of Transportation (DOT) certified helmets meet or exceed Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 218, the legal requirement for a helmet to be used on public roads.
Please check in at our basecamp 10 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Follow any map app to Sixteen Mile Creek Forest Service Road, Whistler BC, just a 10 minute drive north of Whistler Village. After turning off the highway at our large wooden sign that says Welcome to Cougar Mountain, a short uphill drive through the forest will take you to the basecamp. Complimentary parking is available at the venue.
