On Ice has an exciting itinerary but also includes plenty of time to sit back and relax as you make your way around the islands for one unforgettable experience.
On Ice is suitable for all types of travellers including couples, families, solo travellers and the young at heart. The vessel takes a maximum of 10 guests allowing plenty of space for on board activities.
You will have the opportunity to snorkel the colourful fringing reef, view the coral gardens from above on a paddleboard, glide along the water in the glass bottom kayak or cruise amongst the marine life using one of the sea scooters!
Our crew will endeavour to visit the iconic Whitehaven Beach and Hill Inlet on every departure. Here you will see the famous swirling sands and enjoy some beach time.

New Horizon is a beautiful 97ft classic wooden Schooner. She is one of the last solid timber boats built in Tasmania with famous Tasmanian hard wood, making her a very strong, seaworthy boat. New Horizon has some beautiful features like a human size figurehead on her bow, restored hardwood decks and beautifully restored timber bunks below, paddle boards, dive board, dining, and movie lounge.

This is one of the only overnight sailing trips that can guarantee a stop off at Whitehaven beach where you will see the famous swirling sands of Hill Inlet. Hill Inlet is located at the north end of Whitehaven Beach on Whitsunday Island. There is also the opportunity to visit the south end of Whitehaven beach which is a 7km stretch of pure white silica sand. Relax on the beach or take a walk to the lookout where you will have a clear view of the islands and turquoise waters.
This thrilling experience offers plenty of different ways to view the stunning coral reefs.
